A brief note to tell you how pleased we are with both our Bio-bidet toilet seats.  Having toured Europe and been impressed with the cleanliness of washing instead of wiping, we were thrilled to discover the availability of your product as we were planning a very expensive bathroom extension to accommodate a full bidet.

I just installed the BB-50 and it was easy. I did have to cut away some of the toilet seat to make it fit.....but it works beautifully.

Amazingly, despite the high water pressure in Adelaide it didn't leak either.
I am very impressed by the simple design and its functionality - it's brilliant.

I have learned to fly it, and I wouldn’t have it any other way from now on.You have a great product which should be advertised much more widely.  We had a house valuation done by an experienced Agent and she did not know what a bidet was or how it worked nor how to spell it!!That should tell you something.

First saw the bidet seats in Tokyo hotel an really wanted one.  We were pleasantly surprised to find that they were available in Australia.  Our BB-800 was easy to install and the whole family loves it.

Dear Bio Bidet, 

I am writing to request another BB-1000.  I recently bought one for my husband who suffers from IBS and is often frustrated from having to shower up to 4 times daily.  I had heard about toilet seats with bidet functions that could be fitted to already installed toilets and thought this might offer him some relief.  As this was a gift I got  the BB1000 with the heated toilet seat function - it can get very chilly here.

The parcel arrived promptly and discreetly and he was somewhat amused at his birthday gift.  He installed it easily and we both fought over who would get to use it first.  As it was his gift I conceded.  Upon finishing I asked him what he thought.  He gave me a sheepish smile and told me to give it a go.  Of course I had to see if this was money well spent.

Needless to say I would now like to buy one for my Mum's 60th birthday (she did want a Kitchenaid Mixmaster or a Dyson vacuum cleaner before she tried it).  After you have had the warm toilet seat and the lovely refreshing water wash every other toilet seems medieval.

Here's some early feedback. Apart from finding the seat great for my own purposes, it's really good for my wife.

I had a 'not too tidy' haemorrhoid operation over 40 years ago and washing has been difficult since then. Now it's great!  My wife is a stroke survivor and most times I have to wash her. The seat is a miracle for her (and me).

I am happy to report that I successfully installed the BB-1000 this afternoon.The unit appears to be a quality product and the form, function and finish exceeds our expectations.In fact, my wife is now suggesting we install a power point in the second bathroom and purchase an additional unit.I guess I will be talking to you again in due course!!.

Thank you for the information I spoke to you about today regarding the bidet which was purchased for my son who has cerebral palsy... As I told you, my son has so much more independence being able to use this product by himself as he is quite physically disabled & I would be happy to recommend this bidet to anyone that is unsure how good it really is......

Just a short note to let you know that you are responsible for changing our lives, so much for the better.

As you know my husband, who is 45, lost both hands in an industrial fifteen years ago.  He always has trouble wiping himself after going to the toilet.  It's not a pleasant job but when it's the fella you love ...... well, so for many years I have had to wipe his backside for him.  You really have no idea how sad it is to see an otherwise fit and able man suffer such indignity.

From my first phone call to you, you have been so helpful in so many ways.  Your advice helped us to get funding for the bidet seat  and then you helped his OT with advice how best to install the bidet.  We now have your lovely BB-1000 in the bathroom with the remote control stuck upside down on the floor so he can operate it all by himself using his toes.

My husband is a new man and full of confidence.  Our lives are so much better thanks to australianbidet, he has his dignity again and best of all, I don't have to wipe bums anymore, not even my own.
